Our 4- Year journey starts with one of our Co-Founders, Jamal facing inconvenience whilst order a taxi in London. The delay of the operator and the overall service made Jamal think that In-bound call outsourcing must be one of the biggest pain points for owners and managers in the passenger transportation industry. Hence, Jamal chose to step his foot into the Transportation dispatching industry and slowly started operating food order taking too. With help of his Asian roots, Jamal and his other Co-founders established a successful in-bound 24/7 Call Center to cater to the needs of thousands of customers.
